In partnership with noted French chef Michel Rostang, the Brasserie offers alfresco dining overlooking Palm Jumeirah and consists of two areas: the bakery/patisserie and a main dining room.

The bakery opens early in the morning, allowing guests to purchase fresh pastries, breads and offers a wide range of delicious baguettes and sandwiches throughout the day.

The Brasserie dining area features a raw bar that serves a selection of fresh seafood, including oysters, mussels, crabs and other shellfish. The main menu consists of contemporary Parisian dishes, with the bar offering classic French drinks.
